Job Description
My clients are looking for an Operations Analyst to assist with the integration of acquisitions and an increasing client bank. This individual will gather, organise and interpret statistical information based on client or provider data, to ensure a smooth transition of acquisitions into the group.

This role is a home-based position. 

Responsibilities of an Operations Analyst:

Identify the data required for analysing and collaborate with the data holder.

Collect the raw data from company client relationship management database or from providers.

Clean the data to prepare for analysis.

Analyse the data using various techniques and tools.

Interpret the results.

Build templates to align data that is required for data collecting from various sources.

Be able to cross match data and produce in a format required by the business.

Requirements of an Operations Analyst:

2+ years' experience in data analysis or database administration

2+ years' experience in financial advice sector

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Excellent Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills including use of formulas

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivation

Team Player

Discretion/Confidentiality

Salary/Benefits of an Operations Analyst:

Up to £35,000 basic depending on experience

28 days holiday + closure for Christmas
