Key responsibilities:
Employee life cycle
On – boarding new starters & completing background checks
Minute taking of meetings
Reference requests
Managing the HR inbox – being the first point of contact for all queries
Monitor staff holidays
Providing training to staff on HR affairsProfile
Successful candidate:
Administration/office experience ideally in HR
CIPD level 3 desirable
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft word and Outlook
Attention to detail
