Job Description
OATS Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client – an exciting Fintech startup for a talented Marketing Assistant to provide administrative support to the Head of Marketing and the wider team. Their duties include collecting marketing data, compiling reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Marketing Assistant will be required to work closely with other teams and departments, including sales, finance and operations.
The ideal candidate will require the following skills and attributes:
* Knowledge and understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
* Problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
* Proven time management and prioritisation abilities
* Knowledge of analytics software
* Industry knowledge
* Ability to work under pressure
