M&E Site Manager

M&E Contractor

£50,000 – £55,000

An excellent opportunity for a distinguished Site Manager to join a M&E Contractor at the cutting edge of quality. You will be overseeing a successful team on a range of Commercial, Hospital, School and MOD projects.

Ideal skills and qualifications also include:

Previous Experience as either an M&E Site manager or Foreman is desirable.
Ambitious and Hands-on approach to projects
Longevity within previous positions
Some Experience within High-spec Commercial projectsYour Duties will include:

Ensuring on site health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Working closely with a range of both public and private clients in helping them to achieve their goals and ensuring they comply with industry regulations
Overseeing all steps of the projects from premobilisation to final completion
Ensuring work is per specifications and site records are maintained
Communicating with the MD and other managers regularly to update them on progress made on site, concerns and actions being taken.
Overseeing the safe execution and delivery of work on site.In return my client is offering a great salary and package with great excellent internal progression opportunities.
