Job Description
We are recruiting for an Invoice Support / Sales Ledger Administrator for a multinational organisation based in Cheadle. They are looking for an attentive individual with advance excel skills and experience of buidling Macros and VBA. About The Role:
You will be responsible for the processing and invoicing of all paperwork into the business and dealing with any potential queries. Ideally with proven experience in a similar role you will be proactive and dedicated with a keen eye for detail. Main duties will include:
Create monthly consolidated and paper invoices
Provide accurate invoicing to all clients
Creating client MI reports to support invoicing, internal and external KPI's data
Delivering client invoicing requirements within agreed timescales
Cross checking data
Ensure data integrity across the business
Understanding the business requirement and delivering to the client agreed invoicing timescales
Maintaining strong relationships with the immediate team, internal and external departments
Work to internal departmental KPIs
Interrogation of reports to produce accurate data and identify irregularities
Management of all process checks in preparation for all delivered jobs to be invoiced
Assist team in managing daily workload
Essential Skills & Experience:
Excellen excel skills working with macros and VBA
Understanding of VAT legistlation
Previous experience producing volume client invoices or Sales ledger experience
Exceptional eye for detail
Good communications skills at all levels
Able to work as part of a team
Flexible in their approach to workload and task allocation
Manages self effectively
About The Benefits:
Salary of GBP20,000 – GBP23,000 per annum
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
