Job Description
Fantastic opportunity to work with an award winning company based in central Brighton. Equity release advisor. Remote working. £35,000

Minimum of 12 months' experience in a mortgage adviser role
Must hold Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) or equivalent.
Must hold Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER) or equivalent or be willing to obtain within 3 months of appointment.
The ability to work on individual initiative whilst fitting in to a vibrant and enthusiastic team environment.
Evidenced of sustained sales success and compliant practice.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to prioritise, multi task and manage time efficiently.
Experience of broader mortgage advice would be desirable.
