Job Description
My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Cashier to join their client’s firm based in Harrogate. Within the role you’ll provide support for the finance team and help ensure efficient running of the firm’s finances.

What is in it for you

£22,000 – £26,000 per annum
Working hours of 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
24 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays)

Your new role as Legal Cashier

Working within the firm’s finance team helping to ensure the efficient, effective, and safe running of finances
Dealing with and taking responsibility for clients, law firms, and businesses on all financial concern and interests
Recording and tracking transactions, daily banking, invoicing, and reconciliations, managing the accounts system and ensuring the efficient operation of the firms PAYE scheme
Responsible for all Purchase Ledger, Supplier payments and checking all client invoices and statements before completion
Updating staff holiday records, assisting the Practice Manager with ad-hoc help during the annual SRA audit, answering inbound calls and helping with any supplier queries
