Qualified Accountant – Property Developer Job in Ealing, Greater London
Job Description
An experienced Accountant in the construction/property development sector needed to join a rapidly growing, reputable business in West London. This company boasts £200 million turnover that strive for their business environment to have a active and progressive atmosphere.
Please note that the desired candidate must be a Qualified Accountant and be ACCA qualified
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly account analysis, management accounts
* Monitor weekly/monthly cash flow and all the incoming/ outcoming payments
* Assisting with auditing
* Maintain KPI & analysis schedules
* Be a point of contact for financial queries
* Produce financial reports and cash flow forecasting
* Processing/paying supplier invoices
* Bank reconciliations, VAT returns, CIS
* Implement new processes improvements
* Proficient in SAGE
* Production of management information and reports
* Credit control and cash collection process
* Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices.
* Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries.
* Maintain accurate bank postings within the accounting system including weekly reconciliations
Desired Accountant must meet the following requirements:
* Fully ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA qualified (degree qualification also preferred)
* Min 2 years’ experience working for a contractor or subcontractor/property development company
* Able to work to tight deadlines and have strong problemsolving skills
* Strong attention to detail and effectively prioritise multiple tasks and deadline
* Excellent communication skills
