What you will get in your new role

Salary of £23,000 to £25,000 per annum
Shift pattern of Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.30

Your new employer

A busy and thriving legal firm growing from strength to strength, with offices throughout Scotland. You will be joining the finance team within a busy legal Cashroom to play an integral part in the business's success.

Responsibilities within your new role

As the new Legal Cashier, your responsibilities will consist of monitoring the Cashroom mailbox and actioning transactions and queries, monitoring both business and client bank accounts and allocating incoming payments, processing outgoing bank transfers, actioning purchase ledger invoices, managing the reconciliation of bank accounts and maintain monthly reconciliation of company credit cards, along with a variety of other financial duties.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are eager to speak to candidates who have previous experience in a finance environment, preferable as a Legal Cashier, however, this is not essential as full training will be given. You will be highly numerate with a methodical approach and excellent accuracy. Displaying strong IT skills, including MS Office and having the ability to work successfully under pressure will be key in this role.
