Junior Accountant

£28,000 – £32,000 + Benefits

Limavady

Are you working towards becoming a qualified Accountant? Do you want to gain commercial experience, whilst furthering your qualifications?

Based on site in Limavady, you will benefit from working closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Director, with the focus on collaborative working to ensure that you are supporting our stakeholders to the best of our ability.

You will be comfortable assisting the Senior Finance Team with:

Preparing the monthly management accounts complete with commentary
Control and reconciliation of Bank accounts, VAT, Bad Debt, Inland Revenue Returns
Preparing the monthly balance sheet reconciliations taking responsibility for all accounts and balances.
Continuously reviewing processes to streamline and to improve outcomes
Analysis of the financials to improve both the top and bottom line.
Continually review all supporting financial information to gain cost reduction opportunities and efficiencies.
Liaise and Assist Directors in company acquisitions and the maintenance of group property portfolio.
Collate and produce monthly forecasts and annual budgets.Requirements

Degree in an Accountancy related field
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365You will benefit from:
