Yolk Recruitment are working with one of Cardiff's best employers in the Financial Services sector looking for an IT Supplier Relationship Manager,

The Role:

The main focus will be to support relationships and governance with Third Party Suppliers for the IT environment across multiple functions. You will also be responsible for the management of budgets, invoicing, support contract management & licensing with the IT function managers.

You will manage a team of 2 Service Analysts who will support with the administration of the function.

Responsibilities you'll have :

Measuring and reporting of vendor management performance
Vendor performance management in adherence to service-level agreements (SLA) and contracts
Management of business partner needs alongside relationships with strategic IT vendors and internal stakeholders whilst ensuring compliance with our Procurement policy
Responsible for the production and management of IT budgets
Contract management and contract requirements planning in conjunction with the Procurement team Vendor portfolio management including demand planning, improving cost-performance ratio and risk mitigation whilst aiming for innovation

Experience you'll bring :

Supplier relationship management / vendor management background especially within an IT context
Detailed knowledge of IT strategy frameworks / governance / processes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with 3rd parties
Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels across the business
Budget management, supplier management
Knowledge of privacy impact assessments
Knowledge of 3rd party risk assessments
