Job Description
Customer Service Advisor
York City Centre
£21k plus hybrid working after successful training
Monday – Friday (1 Saturday per month)
Our client is an award winning global insurance provider, currently going through a period of growth and looking for driven individuals to join the dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Taking enquiries on the phone via inbound calls.
* Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
* Providing excellent customer service and selling insurance.
* Follow up on customer matters and queries.
The right person will have:
* The ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good IT skills
