Our client is looking for a strong administrator to join their SSC team. They want a candidate that enjoys working at a high pace and has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Description

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

Areas of administration will include, on boarding, off boarding and data management
Providing guidance / information to employees and escalating when appropriate
Providing support with HR administration
Maintaining staff / HR database making sure all is kept up to date
Assist with HR projects led by the team
Completing regular updates for the broader HR team, and other departments as needed

Strong Administration experience

Highly organised and has the ability to prioritise tasks

An understanding of GDPR
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
