Looking for an immediately available candidate to join a fast paced environment within Financial Services in the HR team. The HR Operations Associate will be responsible for Payroll for multiple locations, Recruitment and HR analytics.

Description

The key responsibilities of HR Operations Associate will be:

Delivering payroll to multiple locations
Liaising with US HR team for payroll and benefits
Managing on boarding and off boarding
Management of the performance process
HR Analytic – ad hoc reporting, headcount, org charts
First point of contact for all employee queries
Managing benefitsProfile

The successful HR Operations Associate will have 3 years experience in the HR space within Financial Services. You will be confident with delivering payroll with a strong attention to detail. Being able to use your initiative and think on your feet working in a fast paced environment. Looking for someone who is immediately available.
