Key responsibilities:

Creating daily & monthly HR reports
Being first point of contact for the HR inbox
Supporting with employee relations cases including gross-misconduct, dismissals, grievances & redundancies
Advising on policies and processes to managers and employees
Employee life cycle – on-boarding & off-boarding
Assisting with monthly payroll & collating documents
Providing general support with admin dutiesProfile

Successful candidate:

Financial Services background
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proficient skills in excel, word and outlook
Proven previous HR experienceJob Offer
