Summary of the Role

Our client – a highly successful SME based in Leicestershire with an enviable track record of growth – is seeking a highly capable Group Finance Director. 

The Finance Director will be accountable for the financial, administrative, and risk management operations of the company, including development of a financial & operational strategy, identifying / tracking relevant KPIs, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

As the company plans its future journey, the successful candidate will be involved in:

Managing a talented finance team
Statutory reporting,
Budgets
Cash-flow forecasts
Running annual audit process,
Reporting key financials to the CEO & the Board,
Project finance,
Investment activities,
Liaise with banks & auditors.
Foreign Currencies.
The Right Person

UK qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA),
Ideally A Degree in accountancy or finance,
Preferably 5-10-years’ experience as a Finance Director or Head of Finance.
Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines,
Good management skills,
Good IT skills
Ambitious, energetic, motivated & technically capable.

Appointment Type: Permanent
Salary: c.£80K-£120K per annum (subject to experience)
