Job Description
The Role 

SF Executive are partnered with a global manufacturing business headquartered in Gloucestershire, who are currently sourcing a Head of Finance to support their Northern and Southern Europe Business.

Reporting to the divisional General Manager, with a dotted line to the European Head of Finance, you will form part of the Senior Leadership Team driving business performance. The role of Head of Finance will provide financial leadership, commercial insight, strategic input and supporting decision making for the wider sales business.

The Person 

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) with a background of working in a commercial environment. You will be an experienced business partner with excellent communication skills. Ideally you will have worked within varied roles covering orders, sales, gross margin, trading profit, debtor days, bad debt, effective price increase, working capital and growth in service. The main focus of this role will be to drive incremental sales growth supporting key focus areas whilst balancing risk against reward.

Key skills:

Demonstrable track record in delivery process improvements and significant financial savings
Experience of working within a Corporate / Matrix organisation
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to building effective relationships at all levels to positively drive change within and outside the Finance Function and Region
Ability to drive results from a multi disciplined team
Background of working with non UK Entities would be ideal
Experience of Capex process is desirable
Confident to take initiative and be a self-starter as well working as a strong team-player
Adaptable and comfortable with managing change
Conditions

This role offers great flexible working however due to the Regional ownership it will international travel.

Package 

£100k Basic + Bonus + Package
