Job Description
A leading retail bank is hiring for a Regulatory Reporting Accountant.

We are looking for someone with 2+ years experience, who has exposure producing FINREP, COREP including credit risk, asset encumbrance, leverage ratio, and large exposures.

You will need to communicate to different regulators, as well as work with different parts of the business such as Treasury, Risk and Internal Audit.

Responsibilities may include:

• Submit COREP returns in an accurate and timely manner;

• Returns include credit risk, leverage ratio, operational risk, Market Risk, large exposures.

• Develop reconciliation processes and sign-off procedures for major returns;

• Further enhance cross-validations and efficiencies in reporting procedures;

• Provide assistance to Risk team for ICAAP and AIRB reporting projects;

• Integrate new returns into existing regulatory data;

• Assist in automating existing reports into 3rs party software, e.g. Moody’s.

• Improve data quality to improve reporting, e.g. new data fields in ODS and T24.
