Based – St. Asaph
Pay – £20 – £25K pa

They hold regular training and social events, held at their stunning state of the art hospitality suite and additional training centre, and believe passionately in training our team and promoting from within.
 
We are currently looking for an Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistance on an initial 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility to become a permanent position for the right candidate, due to our continued growth and expansion.
 
Duties include, but are not limited to:
 
o Daily Bank Recs
o Process Rental income and report arrears
o Intercompany Transactions
o Process Supplier Invoices
o Process Subcontractor invoices
o Process weekly and monthly timesheets
o Stamp in invoice
o Assist in sorting incoming post
o Daily Backups of Sage Line 50 software
o Raise cheques for payments
o Ensure subcontractor insurances are up to date
o Council Tax for empty properties
o Set up new subcontractors
o Process utility bills (including meter readings submissions)
o Monthly Plant & Stock Transfers
o Answer telephone and deal with queries
