The Company:
Our client is a well-established international company

Main duties:
Responsible for monitoring supplier’s accounts and processing invoices

The Role:
– Dealing on daily basis with payment and transfer requests
– Creating Checking supplier accounts
– Dealing with suppliers and resolving any queries
– Ensuring all information is up to date
– Clearing debit balances on a monthly basis
– Processing BACS payments
– Processing employee expenses
– Various other administrative tasks

The Candidate:
– Fluent French (Written & spoken)
– Excellent communication skills
– Well organised
– Customer service oriented
– Previous experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Auditing, Credit Control or Finance – desirable
