Job Description
Axon Moore are exclusively working alongside a high growth SME based near Bolton who are looking to expand their finance function with the addition of a new FP&A Analyst.

This is a newly created high profile position for an ambitious individual to make this role their own: it will progress in line with the business as they expand in the next couple of years with the support of an excellent ACA Qualified Accountant, that specialises in commercial finance.

You will be involved in:

Business partnering with directors and senior management
Develop monthly rolling forecast
Develop scenario modelling
Develop commercial decision-making models and analysis
Able to mine large volumes of data from warehouse and other sources to extract relevant information which will be used to:

inform the forecasting process and conversations with board-level stakeholders across the group.
Analyse past/ current performance and follow up with relevant people to add insight and value

Passionate about all things Excel, you will love modelling businesses with an ability to understand/unpick current models
Bring clarity to the figures and be able to produce high-level presentations for Group FD and the board
It is essential candidates have an advanced Excel skillset and experience of VBA, SQL or Power BI would be highly beneficial.
