Job Description
Elevation Accountancy & Finance have a super exciting opportunity for a Finance P2P Analyst to join a global law firm based in Sheffield on a full time, permanent basis.

Supporting the stability, maturity and optimisation of all Purchase to Pay processes within the business & Developing effective stakeholder relationships with the business to qualify and quantify the end user experience and to facilitate improvement activity with business users; this is an exciting & varied role for an experienced finance professional to progress their career with a progressive & stable business.

Responsibilities of the P2P Analyst will include:

* Review Purchase to Pay payments runs ensuring appropriate suppliers are identified for payment via virtual credit card
* Work with international finance teams to ensure international Purchase to Pay delivery is consistent and to facilitate further service migrations to the Global Service Centre
* Support with Invoice and Expenses, dealing with any complex queries which may arise
* Support in the delivery of Purchase to Pay business training and awareness programmes to improve end user understanding of the end to end Purchase to Pay process
* Work with Compliance Officer and Global Service Centre team to improve compliance with all appropriate Solicitors Accounts Rules and to reduce breaches across the firm

Skills, experience and characteristics of the P2P Analyst:

* Have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English
* Be a self-starter, who is able to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a virtual team, and has a strong client service orientation
* Have a detailed understanding of International Purchase to Pay functions, including experience of complex or unusual transactions
* Have an understanding or process management and improvement methodologies
* Have a sound practical understanding (or have the ability to gain the understanding quickly) of the UK Solicitors Accounts Rules
* Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with the international teams
