Job Description
Our London based client is looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager within the Property Finance space.
* Provide support to the property Relationship Managers on all aspects of customer service and administrative duties in the Property Department;
* Provide a first class service to the property customers;
* Support when necessary the ARM AML/AO for account opening (including the input onto the AML system)/ account closing for all property customers;
* Issue property Facility letters as requested by the Relationship Managers;
* Obtain fee quarters and instruct valuers, monitoring surveyors and solicitors’ letters as requested by the Relationship Managers
