Job Description
Finance Manager – Rotherham – £45,000 – £48,000

Clemence Rogers are working on a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join an established business. Reporting into the Finance Director you will be joining a forward thinking and growing organisation who are market leader in the metals industry. You will be responsible for the production of monthly and annual management reports and Statutory Accounts.

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Management accounts preparation and analysis

• Oversee/Review/Question full management accounts process

• Analyse both the P&L and Balance Sheet

• Oversee/Review of commercial contracts.

• Budgeting and Forecasting

• Attend Senior Management Meetings

• Management of cost model

• Challenge budget holders on overhead spend

• Oversee monthly management reporting

• Provide support/ analysis on various commercial scenario's

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Various ad-hoc projects

As the Finance Manager you will have the following:

• Full professional accounting qualification (CIMA or ACCA)

• Outstanding Excel skills

• Previous experience within a commercial facing role

• Ability to subtly and directly influence others

• Hands-on approach

• Effective communicator

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Excellent organisational skills
