Compliance Manager position at Rendall & Rittner (Battersea Reach, London, SW18)
Location – Battersea Reach (London, SW18)
Working Hours – Monday to Friday (Apply online only)
Salary – £38,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
Contract – Permanent

Your working environment? This role will be based at a development located in Wandsworth within easy reach of Wandsworth Town station. The development contains over 1400 residential apartments spread across 17 buildings and benefits from various the on-site facilities including a residents car park, gym and business centre.

– you'll have a strong understand of leasehold legislation with the ability to communicate to residence.
– you have overseen external contractors, property maintenance and major works
– you're always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results
– your team matters to you, you support them, work together and build strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors.
– you'll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You'll lead, engage and inspire others
– you have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems
– you'll have achieved IRPM associate/membership (or willing and able to obtain within first year of employment)
