Job Description
The Finance Manager role is a full-time position to cover the management of the finance operations function of the business, purchase ledger, sales ledger and customer experience

The successful candidate will understand processes, have an eye for implementing and refining process, managing key stakeholders and organising their team. You will be customer focused team player with great attention to detail and have strong systems skills.

WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING FROM YOU?

* Managing the completion finance operations function of the business, purchase ledger, sales ledger and customer experience

* Maintain library of up to date accounting processes

* Suggest improvements to customer experience and business system efficiencies

* Managing supplier payments to cashflow targets whilst liaising with operations team to ensure the strategic supplier accounts are prioritised as not to interrupt trading or relationships

* Responsible for sign off of accountancy processing for VFD production of management accounts

* Regular and structured communications with department leads

* Own the cash collection target and assure Credit Hound is up to date to provide accurate forecasts

* Management of purchase order accruals

* Provide input and advice on cost saving opportunities

* Renegotiate pricing with suppliers for overheads
