Job Description
Title: Global Payroll Manager
Location: St Andrews, Scotland
Salary: £65,000
Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office
Contract: Permanent
  
A leading organisation based in Scotland has a requirement for a Global Payroll Manager to join their department to manage the global payroll for over 15 entities worldwide both in-house and outsourced. The Global Payroll Manager will be responsible for leading the team to deliver the payroll and operational excellence for internal customers. This diverse role will see you have responsibility for also managing the HR Systems and HR data reporting.
  
Other responsibilities include:

Leading key projects for the development of global payroll and people operations.
Working closely with the Reward Manager to implement and maintain the total reward framework.
Supporting the implementation of the HRIS system.
Acting as the escalation point for line managers and HR colleagues.
Supporting the implementation of an effective global payroll system.   
To be considered for this Global Payroll Manager position, applicants must have experience of leading global payroll teams, have experience of people operations and reward provisions and have experience of process improvements.
