Job Description
Finance Manager – Lincoln – Up To £50,000

Chase & Holland are currently working closely with a market-leading and fast-growing UK wide services company based in Lincoln with their search for a Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and reputable, UK wide business during an exciting time for them. Our client is looking for a driven individual who is able to hit the ground running and be involved with both accounts preparation and also managing the day-to-day accounts function.

22 days + BH rising to 25 days after 2 years of serviceFinance Manager Responsibilities:

Preparing management and reporting schedules, both internally and externally to owners
Providing high quality, professional and responsive financial analysis, insight and decision-making support service to the directors and the management team
Managing and paying appropriate sums to the Inland Revenue and pension company and calculating and paying of quarterly Corporation Tax calculations
Daily input of the finance invoices and payments, along with the full monthly reconciliation of both the invoices and Stock submissions
Overseeing the weekly payment runs (GBP and Foreign Currencies), running the monthly budgets and forecasts for the Finance Director and producing the annual budgets
Supervising the monthly payroll production
Supervising and assisting the finance department and overseeing 6 employees
Leading, identifying and implementing improvements within the finance department to drive innovation and lead to continuous growthRequired Skills & Experience:

Strong managerial experience in a similar role
Understanding of CDS
Preferably CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified however, part qualified or QBE will be considered
