Job Description
Finance Manager – Permanent – £70,000 – Barrow-in-Furness – Hybrid (3 days in office)

As Finance Manager for this leading PLC you will manage the day-to-day head office accounting functions, provide financial leadership to the business and clear structure to the finance team. Production of insightful monthly management accounts, accurate P&L and cash flow budgets and forecasts and promote streamlined processes with a strong internal control environment and develop a strong performing team.

Your principal accountabilities include, budgeting and forecasting, business partnering, process development, documentation and systems ownership along with team management and development.

You will ideally be a qualified accountant or QBE with a hands on approach and the ability to work within a small, multi-disciplined team of 4. Head office working experience, team management, coupled with a strong background in financial management, systems and process development will ensure your success within this role.
