Job Description
We have a new opportunity available for an Insurance Renewals Advisor, to join a successful Insurance company based in Romford. This offers a guaranteed annual salary up to £23'000 plus bonus. It is realistic to achieve £30'000 to £35'000 with their bonus scheme. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 6pm, with no evenings or weekends involved.
In this role, you will be managing their existing customers and their insurance renewals for their motor insurance. You will provide outstanding customer service, talking through their motor insurance cover renewal price and answering any questions with the focus to secure their business for another year and gain the insurance renewal. This role is telephone based sales, but there is no cold calling, you will be calling existing customers regarding their renewals and providing quotations to customers who contact them for a price for their motor insurance. You will also be placing the business with underwriters. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Previous sales experience.
To be computer literate and confident to learn new systems.

To have confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.
To be motivated and have a positive attitude.
If you have experience working within the insurance industry it will be highly beneficial.
If you have experience using the Open GI system it will also be highly beneficial
