Job Description
SF Executive are exclusively partnered with a West Midlands based Professional Services business in the search of a CFO / Finance Director.
Reporting into the COO, you will be responsible for leading the finance division and driving the strategy through business improvement and growth. You will manage risk and performance within the business and establish key relationships with partners and other external stakeholders.
The successful CFO will be an ambitious, commercially astute, qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA or equivalent) with proven experience of leading and implementing the financial strategy within a professional services/ partnership organisation.
You will have IP/ Intellectual Property experience and ideally have a background in taking a business through a modernisation project. Any experience and knowledge of Exchequer is highly desirable.
This exciting, full time opportunity will be offering hybrid working and paying a base salary of £100,000 to £120,000 plus benefits
