Finance Business Partner Job in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Central Cambridge who are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be on a hybrid/remote basis with occasional travel to other offices in Birmingham and Norwich. To be successful, you will have experience working in a similar position.
Typical duties include:
* Monitoring business performance and providing financial analysis for monthly and annual board reports
* Providing any other ad-hoc financial analysis as required
* Working in collaboration with colleagues to deliver business improvement projects where necessary
* Monthly budgeting and forecasting
* Identifying opportunities to support growth
* Meeting regularly with colleagues to review progress against company objectives
* Providing financial advice and guidance to colleagues
* Performing any other work necessary to assist in meeting company aims
You will have:
* Finance/Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Systematic approach
* Excellent attention to detail
* Professional manner
* Strong communication skills (Both written and verbal)
* Ability to work independently
