Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a professional Finance Assistant to join my client's successful and growing team in Plymouth.
Our Client is a large and growing company with much success in the past and moving forward. As a well-known brand this is an opportunity not to miss.
This is a full time position Monday to Friday with a 1 hour's lunch break + great benefits once passed your probation period.
We are excited to speak to a candidate who has previous finance and accounts experience or have completed their finance degree at university and looking for the step into a company that can give them the training and progression to start your finance career.
Our client provides fabulous training and excellent support to build you up as a successful finance assistant.
Day to Day duties will include:
Aged creditor reviews
Approving invoices for payment.
Assigning invoices to GRN
Reconciling supplier statements.
Checking overhead expense codes and correcting any mis postings.
Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing
