Job Description
Finance Assistant | Dunstable | Part Time-4 days per week | £20,000 pro rata

The National Bingo Game Association Limited (NBGA) works with leading industry operators to deliver 'The National Game’ – offering players in participating clubs life-enhancing prize money, twice a day, seven days a week, 364 days a year.

In this role, you will support the Head of Finance and Management Accountant and take full ownership of the NBGA, BA, Meeron and ISD accounts payables and receivables.

Are you the right person for us?

Experience in working in a finance department, recognised qualification not required if they possess relevant knowledge
Good spreadsheet skills will be required as well as good written and oral communication skills, the ability to work to own initiative and within a small accounting team
Experience in working with non-financially oriented colleagues is also desirable
What will your role as a Finance Assistant look like?

Process supplier invoices and payments for NBGA, BA, Meeron and ISD
Process customer invoices and receipts for NBGA, BA, Meeron and ISD
Raise invoices for and process intercompany recharges
Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve invoice and payment queries
Monitoring of BA and NBGA membership and reconciling subscription receipts
Work alongside Head of Finance and Management Accountant during the audit process
Ad hoc duties as required
