Job Description
Customer Service Advisor – Business and commercial recoveries

Deliver world-class customer service for a leading global bank.

£12.32 per hour- Mon to Friday

We are looking for you to join a team that can impact people's lives daily whilst working in a flexible, busy environment.

Long term/ongoing temporary contracts leading to permanent opportunities.

£12.32 per hour – £22,422.00 per Anum
33 days holiday each year.
5 days – Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm
35 hours per week
Office based until fully accredited up to 6 months Key Responsibilities:

Telephony and IT skills
You will enjoy plenty of variety as you manage incoming calls relating to Business accounts, by offering professional guidance around a range of options and support to meet the customer needs. First point of contact.
Whatever your background, if you are Customer focused and self-motivated this is an excellent opportunity for you to join their Business and commercial recoveries Team.

With a first-class training programme all you will need are first class customer service skills, be comfortable with different computer systems and enjoy a busy environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.

Please note that this position will involve completing online assessments and will require pre-employment screening including a credit check and two year's referencing.
