Up to £50,000 + 15% Bonus

Due to significant investment a new opportunity has arisen to support the delivery of an exciting CapEx strategy. The successful candidate will work alongside the programme and wider finance teams and be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within the overall CapEx envelope.

What will you be doing?
*Producing business cases with full financial justification to maximise returns.
*Post Investment Reviews of projects delivered to assess performance against business case and budget.
*Weekly reporting of capital investments and holding trading calls with the operations team to understand variances to business case.
*Cost control through financial management of capital projects from approval through to implementation.
*Help develop and improve the internal capital governance framework.
*Ensure project details and forecasts are accurate within Central Finance reporting.
*Cashflow Analysis.
*Business partner with Property Development Team to provide finance support for projects in delivery or in the pipeline.
*Business partnering operations to drive profitability through sales and cost insight.
*Business Case Appraisals will drive the Capex decisions of where to maximise investments to deliver the growth expectations for the company.
*Planning/budgets: integrating investments into revenue and costs budgets.
*Build strong relations with key stakeholders. Challenge the business.

What we are looking for
*Ideally you will be studying towards or already qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
*You will have previous experience as a financial analyst and possess excellent analytical skills.
*Previous experience of investment appraisal and CAPEX projects would be advantageous.
*Advanced Excel Skills.
*Strong Business Partnering skills.

This role will play a major role in a huge CAPEX programme and as such we are seeking a proactive, energetic and natural relationship builder who can bring numbers to life to aid investment decisions.

You will actively business partner operational teams providing thorough analysis and insight to enable improvement in the profitability. This would suit a candidate who is Part or Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
