Job Description
Ashberry Recruitment are currently looking for a Client Servicing Administrator for our well-respected client based in Burnley. The successful candidate will maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board

* Help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products

* Be the point of escalation for complex client queries, liaising with the respective financial adviser as appropriate

* Deliver, promote and enhance the business’s client-facing strategy and one-to-one interactions with its clients to ensure all clients a first-class client experience

* First Point of contact for clients telephoning and visiting the office

* Preparing Meeting documentation for both Clients and Advisers

* Producing Appointment Packs and Valuations

* Assisting with the arranging appointments and all related client communications

* Updating and assisting with the Management of Adviser Diaries

* Preparing and producing Post Meeting communications

* Updating Confidential Financial Review Information

* Updating Client records and ensuring information is up to date in our CRM system (Salesforce)

* Processing Client Withdrawals

* Processing client investment income and contribution amendments

* Assisting with Client/Adviser Administrative Enquiries

Skills and Behaviours

* IT proficient (ideally using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
