Job Description
Customer Service
Immediate start
£12.81 per hour x 35 hours
Shift pattern is 7-11pm rotational shift pattern – 4 weeks rotation

Have you got experience dealing with complex customer queries?

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offering end to end service for customers
* Work as part of the team to ensure we are maximising service levels
* Inbound calls form customers in relation to every day banking queries
* Outbound calls to customers when necessary
* Effectively communicate with customers via various channels including phone, email and web
* Communicate with internal departments when needed

Person Specification:
* Able to manage time sensitive tasks
* Excellent time management
* Strong PC Skills including Microsoft
* Experience working in a pressurised environment
* Ability to manage your own workload with accountability
