Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will manage full caseload of remortgage files from start to finish. You will be responsible for looking after your own administration and telephone calls.

Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:

Manage a large volume of remortgage instructions per month.
Liaise with the client and borrower.
Attend to post completion matters
Deal quickly and efficiently with telephone calls and emails
Provide assistance to caseworkers
Keep all parties including client, introducer and borrower up to dateProfile

As a Customer Service Advisor you will ensure:

A minimum of 12 months experience within a similar role
To complete high volume of tasks and be able to balance tasks in an efficient manner
Work towards strict deadlines in a demanding environment
Excellent IT skills
Experience of working within a team environment and supporting others. Job Offer
