Job Description
Customer Service Advisor – Denton – Monday to Friday – £19,000 OTE £28,000 – Hybrid working

Salary: £19,000 OTE £28,000 (very realistic OTE)

Location: Denton

Hours: Monday to Friday shift between 8am to 6pm (8-4/9-5/10-6)

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

Taking inbound calls from individuals to recover outstanding debt (parking tickets)
Delivery excellent customer service and an ethical approach to collections
Taking payments over the phone or identifying a customer who may need to be set up on a payment plan
Adhering to company policies and legislation
Identifying vulnerable customersBenefits of a Customer Service Advisor
