Up to £40,000 depending on experience

Job Description of a Credit Control Manager

The postholder will manage a team of 7 Credit Controllers based in various UK locations taking a hands on approach to control key customer accounts and related rebated schemes.

Reducing aged debt chasing and queries

Prepare weekly and monthly management information

Identify and mitigate credit control risks – making improvements to existing processes and systems

Manage write-off and debt provisions, arranging payment plans with stakeholders

Act as primary contact for external credit insurance providers.

Skills & experience of a Credit Control Manager

The successful candidate will have previous supervisory/management experience preferably from a manufacturing background.

Demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining end to end credit control and accounts receivable as well as making improvements.

Be computer literate

Willing to travel to other UK sites

CICM or other related Financial Qualifications would be advantageous but not necessary
