Job Description
I am currently partnered with a global leading FinTech organisation who are looking to recruit a diligent Collections Team Leader to join their high performing Manchester function on a permanent basis.
As a Global Collections Team Leader, you will manage and coach a team of established Collections professionals and you will also play a key role in the delivery of projects throughout the coming years
Key Responsibilities include:
Team management including individual performance management, coaching, setting weekly/monthly targets over a broad range of KPI's and tracking performance against these targets.
Provide team members with regular feedback to improve performance
Developing your team and setting long term progression goals to enhance their career
Key internal and external stakeholder management
External Supplier Management, working alongside business owners to push performance of third parties and ensure regular engagement and partnership.
Identify areas for improvement and develop with root cause analysis & improvement plans
Creating and occasional delivery of training
Drive to create and improve new and existing processes
Support and work with other Senior Collections Leaders with planning and initiatives on a short, medium and long term basis
Manage and be point of contact for key projects/change within the team
Key skills/experience required:
Experience within Collections and/or Recoveries preferable but not essential
Experience managing people at the level of team leader or manager
Corporate and organisational maturity and emotional resilience
Motivational and deadline driven attitude
Excellent communication skills with natural interpersonal and leadership skills
Great attention to detail and ability to use technology in the workplace
Experience in managing and running projects
