Job Description
Credit Control Administrator – Nottingham – £23,500-£25,000
Chase & Holland are looking for an administrator who would love to further their career inside of credit control. We are looking for someone with an existing knowledge of credit control along with strong administration skills. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of organisation along with being able to communicate effectively and coherently with colleagues and customers and must be able to work well in a team. Possibility of progressing to a full-time credit control positionCredit Controller Responsibilities:

Supporting the finance team with general administrative processes
Processing customer payments
Responsible for managing and answering emails
Credit & recharges/price adjustments on customer accounts
Maintaining customer information
Data cleansing and ensuring that information is entered into the system and followed correctly
Sales analysis
Providing samples for audits
Processing refund requests
Dealing with customer queries by telephone and email
Banking chequesWhat we’re looking for

Proficient in the use of excel and comfortable with handling large volumes of data
High attention to detail and the ability to work diligently
Proactive and able to look at existing systems and be able to suggest improvements
Knowledge of working with credit control to be able to aid the credit controllers
Effective communication with both customers and other members of the admin team
Previous knowledge of working with Microsoft suite including Word and Excel
Previous knowledge of working in a fast-paced administration environmentHours:
