Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a growing Top 15 Accountancy Firm who are looking for a Corporate Tax Director to join their friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that wants to progress their career to Director level for a Firm that has a people-focused culture.

Job Responsibilities:-

Advising clients on corporation tax liabilities.

Overseeing compliance work on larger or more complex clients.

Lead work on UK and cross-border tax advisory projects.

Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ranging from owner-managed companies to quoted groups.

Business development of new and existing clients.

Manage, mentor and coach managers and junior members of the team.

Job Requirements:-

ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification.

Good working knowledge of Corporate Tax and compliance projects.

Proven track record of coaching team members.

A passion for excellent customer service.

Able to give and receive constructive feedback to continually improve own and others performance.

Positive attitude and enthusiasm for all work undertaken.

Salary:-

£90k to £110k DOE
