Contract Specialist
Location: London (Hybrid)
Length: 12 months
Rate: £23-27 p/h
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Overall responsibilities:
You will manage planning and operational processes including supporting contract management and compliance processes and liaising with external partners
You will work with key partners in Finance, Ethics & Compliance and Legal to ensure we meet our reporting and contracting standards
You will work with a team that has a strong mission and big ambitions
Partner with multiple teams across GAPP Europe, Legal, Finance, Ethics & Compliance and others to ensure a smooth contracting process
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Engage with external partners to manage contracts, POs and invoices
Optimize processes inside of team to improve operational effectiveness
Advise on contracting and other processes
Skill/Experience/Education
We are looking for a dynamic, structured and detail oriented team player to help us manage these projects
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Contract management, experience managing multiple requests at once, process driven.
Desired
Legal background (JD or Paralegal) will be a plus
