Salary: £25,000 – £31,400 per annum
Location: Bristol & Work from Home (Up to 3 days a week)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, option to flex around 9.00am – 5.00pm

Time off for charity work and giving backResponsibilities of a Compliance Advisor:

Supporting the Compliance & Data Protection Manager in the delivery of a proactive compliance agenda
Stay up to date with the ever-changing legislation and regulatory requirements
Ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of relevant information to their functions and business areas
Conduct internal audits and support the maintenance of regulatory procedures, processes, and associated documentation to ensure that it is both up-to-date and appropriate
Monitoring compliance with financial services regulations and data protection requirementsSkills needed for a Compliance Advisor:

Highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise workloads, work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Experience in compliance in a relevant industry i.e. financial services/auditing/risk experience is essential
Ability to work both in a team and autonomously
Experience in compliance is desirable
Strong communication skills
Good organisational and communication skills
Positive attitude and driven behaviour
Capability for developing strong customer relationships
Good attention to detail
Ability to adapt to change in a positive manner
