Job Description
Complaints Support Handler – 3 Month Temp

Location: Preston (Hybrid)

Pay: £9.65 ph

Hours: 37hrs Monday – Friday

In this role you will be Support the Risk & Compliance Team with complaint casework and working towards resolving them.This role will primarily work on resolving complaints via written response (email), though occasional telephony may be required.

Key Accountabilities

Logging complaints and contacting Clients and Members and ensuring all correspondence is recorded appropriately
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with complainants
Support the wider team to administer the complaints handling process
Provide high-level of responses
Problem solve and find appropriate resolutions to deliver performance targetsPerson Specification

Previous experience handling customer complaints
Strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Organised with a key eye for detail
IT Skills (including MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook)
