Complaints Handler

£23-26K

Crawley

Monday to Friday, 9.00 -5.30 (hybrid working available)

Are you a professional, customer focused candidate ready for your next challenge? Do you have previous complaints handling experience?

Due to an exciting period of restructure and expansion, our client is looking for a positive, self motivated and adaptable Complaints Handler to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

Process complaints made by customers which cannot be resolved by Customer Service Agents, in line with company and FCA policy
Ensure that appropriate customer outcomes are achieved and that they meet Treating Customers Fairly guidelines.
Feedback to all areas of the business to ensure that genuine issues raised by customers are taken on board and improvements are implemented as a result.
Manage own caseload on the system
Assist companies understanding of complaint trends by carrying out root cause analysis on complaints.
Manage client priority customer escalations and resolve these requests swiftly. Ideally you will have 2 years previous experience working within the financial services sector. Most importantly is proven experience in handling complaints, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and competent MS Office skills.
