Collections Advisor

36.5 hours per week (Monday to Saturday on a rota basis)

Clayton-Le-Moors, Accrington

Salary: £19,888 – £23,398 depending on experience & performance + Benefits

About the Opportunity

At Studio, we are constantly evolving to meet our customers’ needs and we now have opportunities for Collections Advisors based at in Clayton-Le-Moors, Accrington.

As a Collections Advisors you will be responsible for reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to understand their current situation, talk them through the different financial options that are available to them that will help minimise their arrears and to get them back on track with their payments.

Hours of Work

Your first 5 weeks will be Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30 where you will receive full training, setting you on the right path to become an integral part of our team.

After this, you will work 36.5 hours per week on a 4 weekly rota basis.

* Mon- Thur 8:00 – 20:00

* Fri 08:00 – 19:00

* Sat 08:00 – 16:00

Who are we looking for?

* Experience of working within the retail or Customer Services sector would be beneficial

* Delivery and customer focused

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Ability to listen and build rapport quickly and effectively

* Ability to always remain calm and professional

* Sympathetic approach when talking to customers

* IT literate
