Job Description
Are you looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced growing Tech company?

Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking to appoint a Client Services Manager to oversee a small team and works hands-on alongside them to make sure that their clients have a great customer service experience.  

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that really enjoys interacting with customers and helping them and also guiding and leading a team that will be expanding.   A background in technology or the financial industry would be ideal as it would enable you to hit the ground running quicker particularly as this is a really busy time for this growing business. 

As a Client Services Manager you will be:

Managing and supporting your team
Identifying potential client service concerns and interacting with internal teams to help resolve them
Handling Client inquiries and complaints
Providing technical assistance to clients
Leading the team to carry out quality checks
Obtain post-sales client reviews
 As a Client Services Manager you will have:

Experience in a similar role, managing a team and having a client-centred approach
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
A high level of interpersonal skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Knowledge of Financial Services or Technology would be ideal
